My role includes answering calls, helping patients with queries, booking appointments and covering reception when Tom is off. I am also in the process of taking over the accounts for the business.
How long have you been with the company?
I am a newcomer to Hearing Check, I started here at the end of March 2021.
What makes you want to come to work?
The practice is like a happy little family. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and always willing to help. I love learning about the business every day and being able to help patients more and more as time goes on.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I have always loved working with numbers, so my favourite part of my job is the accounts. I also really enjoy speaking to our patients and getting to know them better.
How do you help make your customers smile?
I think it is really important to listen to people and understand what they need from me. I always make sure to be polite and smile when I speak to someone and always go the extra mile to help them out.
